SCHOOL VISITS & EDUCATION PROGRAMME
The Royal Show is one of the most prestigious agricultural events of the year,
showcasing the world’s farming industry and rural community. This makes it a
unique opportunity to find out more about the work of those living in the
countryside, how food is produced and leisure activities in the outdoors.
The Royal Agricultural Society of England (RASE) and Farming & Countryside Education (FACE) firmly believe that working together to keep children up-to-date and interested in farming and agricultural matters is key to their learning and therefore are pleased to offer FREE educational visits to the Royal Show for primary and secondary schools. There are so many things for pupils to see and do and the education programme is tailored to the needs of schools and includes thematic trails, hands-on activities and guided tours.
